To ensure a seamless experience, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, allowing time for parking and personal needs prior to treatment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client.
Full service pricing applies regardless of arrival time.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a charge to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file to secure all appointments.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
Cards are stored securely through our booking system.

Payment is due at the time of service.
